once labeled south yarra's best kept secret, i think the days are over for them. the coffee was mediocre and the eggs were so salty they were almost unbearable.
lawson grove shop is located in a leafy neighbourhood, a rather covert location and i think people go there for the place more than the food.
last saturday was a nice day to escape into this little hole, with the rain having just stopped and the air a little chilly. a perfect shelter for a cold cold day.
