interesting

last friday i was at general pants browsing when i caught sight of someone familiar. i was thinking to myself, is he from my school, or perhaps my gym class. suddenly, it hit me that he's the photographer behind facehunter, a website that i have been a fan of since a few years back. he went out of the store, stood along bouke street and surveyed people and scenes, looking for stylist folks to cross his path. i found that moment very interesting because out of the blue, someone who is out and about everywhere around the world is here in melbourne without my prior knowledge, and i have the chance to bump into him. although i'm quite a fan, the shy asian in me just observed the man with his canon g11, beer gut and a sulky black face. it made my day however, and i think he has an awesome job, traveling, taking photos and hunting for nice people and nice things.
